Italian Speaking First Line Analyst
- Working on the Customer Service support
- Answering calls and emails in order to resolve customers’ IT issues and queries
- Document internal procedures, assist with onboarding of new users
- Work together with colleagues to share information
- Collaborate on problem solving and identify major service issues
Elvárások / Requirements
- Fluent English, and Italian language knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision, proactivity
- Customer orientated
- Strong MS Office skills AND affinity to resolve IT related issues
- Ability to do multitasking
