VERTICAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Our Client has been a market leader in developing and manufacturing of integrated security solutions in Hungary as a member of an international group since October 2016.

We are looking for a new colleague to our sales team for the following position:

 

Vertical Development Manager DAS

( D.A.S. =  Digital Acces Solution )

 

Location: Székesfehérvár

Purpose of the Job:

Plays a crucial role in the Company group organization by cultivating strong relationships with investors and facilitating the realization of digital access solutions projects. This position is responsible for identifying potential investors, sourcing and developing project proposals, coordinating project execution, and maintaining post-project relationships. The primary goal is to secure new projects and contribute to the growth of our digital access solution business while providing exceptional service to investors and end users from selected verticals. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and industry expertise to identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and drive the success of projects while ensuring client satisfaction.

As a vertical development manager, you can know your principal responsibilities:

Investor Engagement:

  • Identify and engage potential investors in the electronic access control industry verticals.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with investors, understanding their investment criteria and preferences.
  • Keep investors informed about our company's digital access solutions and project opportunities.

Project Sourcing and Opportunity Identification:

  • Source and assess digital access control projects that align with investor interests and company goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities, emerging market verticals, and new technologies relevant to digital access control.
  • Develop customized project proposals addressing specific investor requirements and expectations.

Project Development and Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between investors and project teams, facilitating discussions, negotiations, and ensuring the successful execution of projects according to agreed-upon terms.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive business growth.

Post-Project Relationship Management:

  • Maintain ongoing communication with investors after project completion, providing updates on project outcomes and results.
  • Solicit and gather feedback from investors to identify opportunities for improvement and seek additional project collaborations.
  • Proactively request referrals and recommendations from satisfied investors to expand the company's network and enhance its reputation in the industry and selected verticals.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Provide insights on growth opportunities and market developments.

General responsibilities:

  • Focus on sales target execution and market development of selected digital access and electro-mechanical solutions in selected verticals.
  • Drive sales growth of selected product groups, new customer acquisition and vertical development.
  • Support developing and executing digital access solution sales strategies
  • Work with project pipelines and CRM to maintain and share up-to-date status of all activities.
  • Maintain regular contact with sales management and marketing counterparts to discuss and track progress on business and marketing plans and any open issues. 
  • Provide and/or contribute to regular reports about various KPI’s and annual budget development
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and various analysis/overview
  • Travel approx. 50% of working time.

  • Experienced in the world of Security Systems
  • minimum 5 years of experience on a similar position
  • Knowledge of the business environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Company products
  • Project management

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

  • Degree in engineering or technical science
  • Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge both oral and written
  • Customer-oriented approach, good communication skills
  • B category driving licence and driving experience
  • MS Office knowledge
