UX/UI Designer

 Would you like to boost your career in an international environment as a UX Designer? Our partner company uses innovation and technology to deliver energy to our world and they are looking for a UX Designer to join to their 4-person team in Budapest.  

Your new role
 

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to learn about business goals and determine research questions.
• Create research plans and perform user research via techniques such as participatory workshops, user interviews, card sorts, surveys, and contextual observations.
• Summarise observations and findings, then present and defend research findings in meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers and developers to create and deliver apps for the desktop, web.
• Based on user research findings, create site maps, wireframes, prototypes, graphic comps, and design specifications.
• Plan and carry out usability tests to assess existing application designs.
• Support organisational design transformation initiatives with frequent consultations and heuristic evaluations.

 What you'll need to succeed
 

• Degree in IT or relevant field
• 2-3+ years’ experience as a UX Designer, and in research
• Experience in designing desktop, web or mobile applications
• Knowledge in partner research
• Confident English language skills
• Skilled at working with cross-disciplinary teams
• Strengths in listening, observation and attention to detail
