Our partner is amongst the biggest companies who dominate the field of renewable energy production. They are looking for a Training Administrator to join their team in Budapest.
Your new role consists of
- Act as the primary user of our training and certificate management platforms, providing support to the team and subcontractors with related tasks.
- Review and upload training certificates.
- Verify the availability of training sessions.
- Analyse training fulfilment reports and share insights with team members and subcontractors.
- Create and maintain user accounts.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training fulfilment.
- Identify missing qualifications and inform Resource Managers, ensuring subcontractors complete the necessary training.
- Participate in alignment calls with subcontractors.
- Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed:
- College or University degree in Business Administration or relevant field,
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role,
- fluent English knowledge,
- precise, detail-oriented attitude,
- being perspicacious, having a great overview on end-to-end processes,
- great problem solving and organizing skills,
- being comfortable taking responsibility.
