Senior Logistics Process Specialist

A Senior Logistics Specialist position is open at our partner who is a leading provider of IT infrastructure services operating in
Budapest.  

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams (planning, procurement, manufacturing, customer service)
  • Become an expert in logistics tools and systems
  • Develop and manage logistics process documentation (procedures, workflows, guidelines, best practices)
  • Maintain documents through regular reviews and approvals with stakeholders
  • Assist in planning and providing training programs
  • Ensure alignment with corporate or department standards in collaboration with the Communications team
  • Organize and store process documents for easy global access


 Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Fluency in English
  • 3-5 years of experience in Logistics, or supply chain
  • Preferred professional experience or academic background in logistics, sourcing, operations execution, supplier management, and program/project management.
  • Collaborative skills for working with global team members and across functions
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to organize own and other’s workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
