A Senior Logistics Specialist position is open at our partner who is a leading provider of IT infrastructure services operating in
Budapest.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams (planning, procurement, manufacturing, customer service)
- Become an expert in logistics tools and systems
- Develop and manage logistics process documentation (procedures, workflows, guidelines, best practices)
- Maintain documents through regular reviews and approvals with stakeholders
- Assist in planning and providing training programs
- Ensure alignment with corporate or department standards in collaboration with the Communications team
- Organize and store process documents for easy global access
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Fluency in English
- 3-5 years of experience in Logistics, or supply chain
- Preferred professional experience or academic background in logistics, sourcing, operations execution, supplier management, and program/project management.
- Collaborative skills for working with global team members and across functions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to organize own and other’s workload
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
