Main responsibilities:

  • Consulting and developing MOL Group-level processes, projects in Finance / Controlling  area, involving third party systems integration,
  • Understanding and solving business problems, “translating” between business requestors and IT developers, training partners
  • Data-based analyses
  • Participating in / coordinating implementation projects, working in a mostly Hungarian team

Main requirements:

  • University/College degree in Information Technology / Economics / Engineering 

  • 5+ years relevant experience with knowledge of Finance processes preferably in multinational environment

  • Accounting skills with SAP FI-CO knowledge with preferably understanding SAP SD, MM, Sales and Logistics 

  • Business Analyst and / or consultancy skills

  • Structured thinking, Ability to manage multiple / parallel topics, Communication and stakeholder management skills
  • English is at stable level both in oral and written
  • Learning and knowledge sharing skills
  • Advantages: SAP S4HANA basics, SAP implementation experience, Systems integration knowledge, MOL Group related business processes, organisational structure and rule understanding/knowledge, Driving licence
