Tech Stack & Desired Profile Must-Haves:

• Proficient in the usage of C# data structures like lists and queues.
• Competent in latest .net Framework features and technologies (C#, .NET, .NET Core, BCL).
• Competent in WebApi development (REST, gRPC).
• Demonstrate an understanding of service communication via Messaging solutions like TIBCO, Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Competent in the Agile Software Development Process (Scrum, Kanban) and the Software
• Development Lifecycle
• Demonstrate an understanding of NoSQL data storage (Redis).
• Competent in troubleshooting performance related incidents with the help of diagnostic tools like
• OpenTelemetry or Grafana.

Role & Expectations

• Delivering well-defined, moderately complex features in alignment with defined specifications.
• Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software development life cycle.
• Debugging and resolving issues across development, testing, and production environments
• Collaborates consistently by working closely with other team members, actively contributing to the delivery of features and fixes.
• Remains informed about the execution metrics of their team, understanding their significance and how they are measured.
