Security Supervisor

Our partner who is a market leader in glass production, with 10 production facilities across four countries, is expanding its footprint in Europe. Their state-of-the-art facility in Hungary will feature advanced glass melting technology and a commitment to resource efficiency.

Are you passionate about ensuring safety, compliance, and risk management within a dynamic organization? Join their team as a Security Supervisor and play a crucial role in safeguarding their new production plant in Kaposvár.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to align security practices with company objectives.
• Manage corrective actions related to management systems.
• Prepare and implement the Civil Defense Plan, adapting it as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with local security authorities and fire departments.
• Proactively report and address any security threats or incidents.
• Oversee safety precautions during fire hazards and emergency situations.
• Conduct regular security drills and maintain accurate records.
• Evaluate security information and take necessary precautions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Be a key player in maintaining a secure and thriving work environment.

Qualifications:

• Around 5 years of experience in security and compliance with experience in managing people
• Native Hungarian and at least strong intermediate English
• Proficiency in risk assessment and emergency planning.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for safety and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
