Scrum Master
Would you like to boost your career in an international environment as a Scrum master? Our partner company uses innovation and technology to deliver energy to our world and they are looking for a Scrum Master to coach their 10 membered IT team in Budapest.
Your tasks in your next position would be to:
- coach and team on how to integrate Agile values and principles,
- fostering team collaboration and the improvement of the team,
- participating in IT project, configurations
- supporting cross-team collaboration,
- contribute to smooth agile ceremonies (e.g. Daily Scrum, Sprint Review/Planning/Refining, Retrospective) and ensure complete team involvement,
- motivate your team to improve continuously its health and ability to deliver value to the customer,
- encourage joint responsibility and accountability among teams,
- coordinate interdependencies among Agile teams,
- collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to help with release planning and maintain the product backlog healthy and ready to go.
What you will need to succeed:
- 3+ years of experience with Scrum; Agile implementation and projects,
- experience with Agile work management tools for board management, planning and reporting, ceremonies, metrics - only in the IT field,
- confident English knowledge in written and verbal,
- IT or related degree
