Tasks / Feladatok
- As a new team member, you will get the chance to actively shape the future of our newly formed Sales Hub Europe.
- Your will support all internal sales-related tasks and tools, such as the CRM system.
- You will manage customer orders in the new Sales Price Management tool, ensuring accurate pricing, identifying gaps, and initiating escalation to relevant functions like Product Management as necessary.
- You will collaborate closely with plant accounting to conduct regular price analysis. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing the Sales Price Management tool by providing ongoing feedback to the development team and testing new features.
- You will support Product Managers in daily activities, such as tooling tracking and other sales processes, to increase efficiency will also be part of your tasks.
Requirements / Elvárások
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
- Prior experience in Sales/ Purchasing backoffice support, order processing, or customer service is preferred, ideally within a similar industry or a large international organization.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, agile and evolving environment with many interfaces and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Customer Orientation: a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and understanding customer needs.
- You possess very strong communication skills in English, German is an advantage
- Power BI, Excel knowledge is an advantage
