Sales Operation Planner

As a Sales Operation Planner, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless product allocation and supporting the companies global success.

Main responsibilities:

  • Execute on product allocation validating that sales are following their allocation.
  • Track at country level the receiving orders.
  • Maintain the allocation files.
  • Participate actively into weekly operational meetings (operations with supply chain, sales executives).
  • Report to Demand planning manager the status on allocations.
  • Understand how to leverage existing tools (Power BI tools).
  • Work with different key stakeholders: Demand planning team, Supply chain, Sales managers, Planning operations team.



Required skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience, preferably in IT/Supply Chain.
  • APICS, business school in material management, supply chain background.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Strong level of Excel and Power BI knowledge is mandatory.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
