In this position you will:
- Enter Invoice Information
- Process PO and Non-PO invoices
- Perform Purchase Order Matching (Two- & Three-Way)
- Report problematic invoices
- Perform Invoice Maintenance
- Perform Invoice Quality check (e.g., Daily, Period, Yearly)
- Perform Invoice Quality Reconciliation (e.g., Daily, Period, Yearly)
- Participate in closing
- Fulfill Customer Service Inquiries
Elvárások / Requirements
To be able to apply for this position you need:
- College or University degree (preferably in Economics or Finance with major in accounting or equivalent qualification)
- Fluent English knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Minimum 1 year AP experience (SSC environment is an advantage)
- PeopleSoft Skills or SAP knowledge is a PLUS
