Procurement Operations Specialist (French)

We are looking for a
Specialist in Procurement Operations to support procurement buyers with PO
Transactions and problem-solving. You will handle tasks like retrieving
Non-disclosure agreements, supplier insurance certificates, and assisting with
PO and invoice issues, and supplier communication.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Assist buyers with proposals, e-auctions, and supplier setups.
• Request
  and review supplier documents
• Provide
  supplier training and support
• Handle
  PO setup, updates, and invoice/payment issues
• Assist internal customers with procurement
  processes

Required
Skills:

• Bachelor's
  degree in business, supply chain, or related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement
• Strong communication skills in English AND French
• Excellent
  customer service and decision-making abilities
• Strong
  analytical and data analysis skills.
