We are looking for a
Specialist in Procurement Operations to support procurement buyers with PO
Transactions and problem-solving. You will handle tasks like retrieving
Non-disclosure agreements, supplier insurance certificates, and assisting with
PO and invoice issues, and supplier communication.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Assist buyers with proposals, e-auctions, and supplier setups.
- Request
and review supplier documents - Provide
supplier training and support - Handle
PO setup, updates, and invoice/payment issues - Assist internal customers with procurement
processes
Required
Skills:
- Bachelor's
degree in business, supply chain, or related field - At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement
- Strong communication skills in English AND French
- Excellent
customer service and decision-making abilities - Strong
analytical and data analysis skills.
