PowerBI Developer - Contractor

Your new role 

• Collect, process, and analyze
  large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards
  and reports using tools such as PowerBI.
• Perform exploratory data
  analysis to uncover insights and inform business decisions.
• Ensure data quality and
  integrity by implementing data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with data engineers
  to optimize data pipelines and workflows.
• Create compelling data
  visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain regular
  reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and
  reporting as needed.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data analysis and reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the data analysis workflow.
• Stay up-to-date with industry
  trends and best practices in data analysis and BI.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed 
 

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience working on BI projects is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering accurate and actionable data insights.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python (Pandas, Polars, etc.) and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure and Synapse.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
• Advanced English is a must
