Post-Implementation Consultant

You are desired to have a technological mindset and/or background, and a huge ambition to shape the future's cloud system as a Post-Implementation Consultant.
As a Post-Implementation Consultant, you will:

• Understand the customer business processes and needs.
• Translate business requirements into application functionality design.
• Perform configuration changes in the system.
• Activate new product features.
• Take part in testing and demo releasing.
• Troubleshoot system configuration issues.
• Data import and extraction, prepare files for data loading.
• Knowledge transfer and ad-hoc training delivery.
• Create analytical reports based on customer KPIs.

What you will need to succeed:

• 2+ years’ experience in configuring/supporting/implementing software solutions in a Consulting or Customer Service role (e.g. experience in an IT Help Desk Level 2 position, or minimum medium level knowledge of managing/ creating Excel Pivots, Macros, and/ or SQL scripts)
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.

• Ability to quickly understand requirements and design & provide potential solutions.

• Proactive attitude with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Nice to have experience in the Life Sciences industry.
• Eager to learn attitude.
