Responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls and correspondence
- Maintaining contact with suppliers, maintenance staff, cleaning personnel, and the property owner
- Ensuring the cleanliness and order of the office and kitchen
- Ordering office supplies and other necessary items
- Welcoming visitors and notifying staff of their arrival
- Assisting in preparing meetings with staff and external visitors
- Managing supplies and logistics for meeting rooms, conferences, and special events
- Performing any additional administrative tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian
- Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team player mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail in administrative tasks
