OFFICE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Handling phone calls and correspondence
  • Maintaining contact with suppliers, maintenance staff, cleaning personnel, and the property owner
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and order of the office and kitchen
  • Ordering office supplies and other necessary items
  • Welcoming visitors and notifying staff of their arrival
  • Assisting in preparing meetings with staff and external visitors
  • Managing supplies and logistics for meeting rooms, conferences, and special events
  • Performing any additional administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian
  • Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Attention to detail in administrative tasks
