Quality Assurance Specialist

 

Responsibilities:  

• Contributes to value stream strategy realization with setting up corresponding KPIs and Customer Service Level measurements
• Responsible for developing and maintaining monitoring for value stream performance ensuring continuous improvement (PDCA)
• Participate on External and Internal audits, while being responsible for the end-to-end process level correction of the audit findings
• In the form and with the regularity specified by the Head of Quality Assurance and Quality assurance Team lead, draw up reports
• Breaks down value stream KPIs for cross functional organizations and maintain measurements, reviews process and process related individual performances
• Takes part in the investigation and handling of complaints, in the analysis of identified gaps, finding solutions and manages problems
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with the effective laws, regulations, and corporate directives, as well as contributes to the requirements of the integrated management system within the business

   

Requirements:

• Quality Management, Economics or relevant education
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Comprehensive understanding of logistics and financial processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with good analytical and problem-solving attitude
• IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP, CRM)
• Advanced level of written and spoken English
