Legal Consultant
Pozíció leírása:
- Support to draft and review project related communication sent to customers, suppliers, subcontractors in consonance with project contracts and past project history.
- Support in identifying legal risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Review of non-disclosure agreements, memoranda of understanding, other business opportunity and project execution related documents.
- Support of claims to / from customers, consortium partners, contractors and suppliers as required.
- Ensuring appropriate recovery from third parties.
- Formulating assignment and liaising with external counsels on legal opinions in respective jurisdictions, working with external counsels for any further clarifications etc.
- Monitoring compliance with company, legal procedures and management instructions and ethics policies.

Elvárások:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent, commercial, contract law).
- 1-3 years of legal experience, preferably in the energy sector or infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
