Our partner, who is one of Hungary’s top international law firms, is seeking a junior Legal Associate in the field of Banking & Finance.

Your new role 

As a junior Legal Associate specialising in Banking & Finance, you will play a crucial role in our firm’s success. You’ll work closely with experienced attorneys, gain valuable transactional experience, and contribute to complex financial matters. Here’s what you can expect:

• Document preparation
• Creation of legal opinions
• Assisting the work of senior colleagues
• Operational handling of transactions
• Ad-hoc consulting for clients

What you'll need to succeed 

Education: Completed law degree with academic distinction.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a law firm, specifically in Banking & Finance. Strong internship experience in this area may also be considered.
Languages: Proficiency in Hungarian and English (legal terminology in English is crucial).
