IT System Administrator

We are looking for an IT Technician to join the office team of our newly built factory in Kaposvár.

Main function: Responsible for providing the technical support (L1 and l2) in accordance with the determined standards, processes and procedures. Examples of systems under responsibilities: computers, printers, network infrastructures, telephone exchanges, mobile and desk phones, video conference systems, security camera and recoding systems, system room infrastructures, production tracking systems, personnel tracking systems, cash registers, people counting systems, data backup system etc

Responsibilities:

• carrying out the IT operation support in the plant, in accordance with the standards processes and procedures
• provide support regarding software and hardware issues, setting up equipment
• providing support regarding technical issues within the production plant
• providing the second level support service related to the works in the field
• determining the IT inventory information and keeping them up to date
• using the IT material pool in the most efficient way and suggesting the products and quantities that should be included in the pool, and updating the pool information
• helping determination of IT needs and determining the information that affects the basis of the budget
• taking part in regional IT infrastructure projects
• fulfilling the roles, duties and responsibilities determined within the scope of it processes

What we need from you:

• experience from an IT support related position
• at least intermediate, active English knowledge (you will use it daily)
• knowledge of IT infrastructures
• experience with software and hardware support
• at least high school diploma with informatics relevant specialisation
