Responsibilities:

• Participates the execution of MOL Group business, functional and IT strategy in his department, focusing on areas performing core business functions-
• Take part of creating detailed design document, implement the proposed solution
• Cooperates with relevant business and functional areas and Business Analysts, IT Application and Infrastructure Operations Experts to analyse business processes and requirements, handle business requests from technical side and leads preparation and execution of IT development plans to fulfil business needs (including resource estimation)
• Under the professional guidance of Senior Domain Experts, Card and Mobility Business Analysts and Application Architects, performs technical analysis and design of IT systems and interfaces supporting the operation of MOL Group
• Coordinates delivery of high quality and cost-effective IT solutions fulfilling business requirements and enabling efficient business processes (including external, internal development delivery). Coordinates the professional work of the relevant vendors
• Coordinates professional execution of solution design, implementation & unit testing activities, ensures support of key users during further testing phases and handover of solution to IT Application & Infrastructure Operations teams
• Participates in the evaluation of suppliers involved in application development or introduction, occasionally leads workgroups performing these activities
• Maintains contemporary knowledge of IT solutions, industry benchmarks and trends in their area and strives to apply these in their job
• Coordinates IT development processes, projects and change requests in their area.
• Participates in 3rd level application support in order to mitigate and resolve incidents related to applications in their area
• Keep system maps and documentations up to date
• Take quality check on the materials delivered by suppliers (E.g..: detailed design, data model, HW solutions, rollout plans, test scenarios, test scripts and test plans)
• Deliver project related documentations based on business requirements and IT professional standards.
• Responsible to draw attention to every found risk, issue and any other problem and he/she will do everything to solve them to minimize all the negative effect on the project or company
• Responsible to solve 3rd level incidents/problems in cooperation with 2nd level support, end users, business analyst, system analyst, IT experts, suppliers, incident, change and problem managers - resolve new issues with workaround or final solution within the system.
• Works closely with Team Leader/Senior Domain Expert/Application Architect and performs the tasks assigned as per agreed deadlines, quality and scope
• Provides mentoring support to Junior team members to guide their work and support their development, be an open mentee for senior colleagues to achieve successful knowledge sharing and personal development

Requirements:

• University/College degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience
• 1-3+ years relevant professional experience, 
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills both in English and Hungarian
• Structural thinking and analytic approach, Customer focus and proactive personality, Self-dependence, results orientation, effective time and task management, Team player
• ITIL knowledge
