Our client is a U.S.-owned intelligent automation software provider with 250+ co-workers in Hungary.
We have an international I team who provides internal support for our departments – they run the internal systems and tools. We have a new role of joining the Hungarian team as IT Business Application Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer IT Business Applications
- Manage end users issues and education requests
- Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
- Identify usage problems and craft functional (for end users) and technical communication plans to remedy issues
- Review, Establish and Maintain complex user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
- Work with management in analysing problems, providing solutions, or recommending corrective action and implementing solutions
- Work with vendor partners and design optimal solutions for integration and complex functionality
- Work with internal key-stakeholders to take advantage of all that offers
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to multitask with multiple projects and helpdesk requests.
- Experience with extensive data cleansing projects in the past
Required Experience:
- 4–6 years of experience functioning as an application support / administrator/ system administrator
- Experience in Windows server environment
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced skills in application troubleshooting, system set-up and configuration, access management
- Ms SQL database knowledge
