Main responsibilities:

• Gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements
• Translating requirements into clear development specifications
• Monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with timelines
• Designing and documenting system processes
• Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
• Developing and executing testing strategies
• Facilitating user training sessions

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in English
