International Sales Engineer in Hungary, Romania and Adriatics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take a leading role in planning and execution of comminution equipment and aftermarket product sales budgets, by performing sales actions. The sales work shall have an active way of finding and target sales opportunities and preparing quotations for customers on time. Develop and apply comminution sales strategies through other business partners in strategic areas. That means active sales to both comminution product users and resellers.
  • Work closely with sales and service teams supporting identified market opportunities and potential customers and develop these relationships to deliver on sales objectives.
  • Support Marketing planning and execution in the comminution product segment. Such as Expos, success stories, newsletters, campaigns and sales material.
  • Grow the comminution equipment sales by site specific solutions, reseller networks etc.
  • Exploring new markets such as Sand & Aggregate market opportunities to expand sales in products.
  • Be an active part of the comminution sales team, to share and support with technical knowhow and sales capabilities, where needed.
  • Support Brown Field Optimization strategic growth, and other sales team members with comminution product know-how.
  • Timely response to customer requests, engineering and process operation support and project execution for Division Products Team (preparing of tenders and service proposals, maximising margins etc.)
  • Set prices, negotiate and sign contracts according to principals.
  • Prepare and dispatch quotations and to monitor outstanding quotations. On acceptance/rejection process the update accordingly to ensure all opportunities are optimized and up to date. (Salesforce)
  • Organise and allocate comminution parts to ensure most effective and appropriate use of resources.
  • Follow up comminution equipment and aftermarket spares deliveries through Service Centres to the customers.
  • Review incomplete work with Service Engineers on a regular basis to ensure that availability of spare items are assured and work is rescheduled in order to provide the customer with the best possible service delivery
  • Liaise with customers, Service Engineers and other relevant parties over delays, problems, or queries to ensure that communication regarding the status of work is maintained
  • Monitor all comminution business related stock movements to ensure all is received well in time so engineers will be able to fit/use the parts and customer delivery times are achieved.
  • Assist with business/financial/costing plans for developing new comminution opportunities in the region.
  • Support the service manager/(service) sales engineer, in pursuing and securing new comminution service contracts across the regions.
  • Use and monitor all comminution and aftermarket related opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Setting up comminution service contracts/agreements

JOB KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:Further have a high level of computer literacy in MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication skills and effective organizational skills
  • Languages: Hungarian, English
  • Ability to liaise with all levels within the company and external providers

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant sales, minimum 2 in comminution product sales
  • Good existing contacts with customers
  • Experience in working with a stock of worn parts
  • In a highly commercial environment (desired but not essential)
  • To have excellent written and spoken English.
