Infrastructure Support Engineer

If you want to operate and support enterprise grade IT systems; have hands-on experience on various technology areas; support customers, functional business units and software engineers, this role is for you!

Your new role

• Provision / operation of customer’s system 24/7
• Current systems upkeep / care / maintenance / upgrades
• Analysis and removal of occurring problems
• Constant communication to involved units and partners
• Preparing/making presentations for clients and introducing/teaching system functions to colleagues through internal training, if required

What you'll need to succeed

• You have higher degree on relevant field (IT / Telecommunications)
• You have minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience – Must have!
• You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Linux systems
• You have knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database systems
• Oracle Database and Application Servers are advantages
• You have application containerization expertize
• You have good understanding in high availability solutions, IP networking, virtualization, storage and backup systems, server hardware
• You are willing to provide 24/7 standby support
• You would like to use your excellent English on a daily basis
• You work well under pressure and you are a team player
• You know what ITIL means
