Over the pastdecades, our partner has established itself as one of the world’s leading elevator companies. The company’s most important business line is the service business represented by over 24,000 service technicians. The product portfolio covers commodity elevators for residential and commercial building to cutting-edge, highly customized solutions for state-of-the-art skyscrapers. In addition, it also consists of escalators and moving walks, passenger boarding bridges, stair and platform lifts. 

  • Support HR transition projects by providing assistance in process assessment and improvement
  • Work closely and support HR Business Process Analysts in HR system implementation
  • Participate in knowledge transfers and other service transition activities
  • Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization, and best practice sharing within HR SCE (HR Solution Center Europe)
  • Participate in system and process improvements
  • HR knowledge management activities
  • Create and update system and process documentation
  • Train new and existing employees about processes and usage of HR systems

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Confident English and French knowledge, both written and spoken
  • Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree, ideally with a major in HR Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in delivering and steering high-quality customer services in an HR Shared Service environment
  • Experience in HR projects (HR transition and/or HR system implementation)
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on the betterment of your process stream and the team itself
