HR Officer

The HR Officer will support HR policies, processes, and employee records, working closely with teams to ensure compliance and assist in HR initiatives. They will provide guidance on HR procedures, maintain records, and support employees and managers in all HR-related matters.

Feladatok / Tasks

  • Support the HR Lead in policy implementation, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.

  • Assist with policy updates, health and safety, and staff performance management.

  • Oversee absence management and maintain employee records.

  • Plan and deliver training sessions, including new hire inductions and ongoing employee development.

  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits, ensuring accurate communications for new hires and role changes.

  • Prepare employment contracts and ensure document accuracy.

  • Serve as a main contact for employee HR inquiries.




Elvárások: 
  • Fluent English (B2 or higher).

  • Proficient in MS Office; quick to learn new systems

  • Strong HR knowledge

  • Understanding of Hungarian labor laws,

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, confidentiality, and ethics

  • Proven HR experience, ideally in BPO or Shared Services
