We are searching for a motivated colleague, who will make an impact and participate shaping the future of MOL Group’s Procurement Department,
as a
Head of Group Consumer Services & Indirect Procurement
Scope:
The position is responsible for end-to-end accountability, strategic planning, and oversight of procurement and supply chain management for the Consumer Services & Indirect division on a group level. It ensures target achievement and the effective execution of category strategies while representing procurement in divisional management boards.
Main responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Execution: Define and implement the procurement strategy in alignment with MOL Group’s objectives, ensuring execution through short-, medium-, and long-term plans while driving continuous improvements.
- Category & Supplier Management: Oversee category strategies, supplier selection, contracting, and supplier relationship management to optimize operational efficiency and build strategic partnerships.
- Team Development & Leadership: Lead, develop, and manage procurement teams, fostering expertise in sourcing, category management, and supply chain operations while ensuring succession planning.
- Compliance & Transformation: Establish and enforce procurement compliance systems, drive transformation initiatives, and adapt to industry and market changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and effective reporting to top management.
Requirements:
- University Degree - Engineering and/or Economics and/or Law
- 10+ years professional experience in business
- Strategic and critical thinking, leadership skills, stakeholder management with executives
- Advanced cross-functional / cross-regional leadership skills
- Deep knowledge / experience in procurement, supply chain management, logistics, category management
- An innovative and motivational mentality
- Fluent English knowledge
- Advanced level of SAP and integrated procurement tools
- Openness to frequent traveling across the MOL Group companies
