Our multinational Partner is looking for an experienced colleague for the position below:
Coordinating the validation of the calls for tenders with all the parties involved to qualify the proposal (Bank Guarantee, PCG, Commercial Files);
Crafting, evaluating and negotiating a wide variety of different contracts covering a wide range of transactions;
Serving as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts;
Maintaining records for correspondence and documentation establishing DOA process;
Ensuring the internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained;
Analysing and carrying out commercial and legal reviews of requests for proposals, assessing risks and validating with the support of the Legal department;
Assess potential risks associated with business activities, including customs compliance, trade sanctions and embargoes. Identify and mitigate risks in accordance with applicable laws;
Ensure commercial compliance with applicable rules and additional Emerson requirements;
Ensure and monitor the flow of submissions of requests for Delegation of Authority;
Where necessary, cooperating in billing processes if they are particularly complex, in order to guarantee payments and reduce DSO;
Establishing Confidentiality Agreements with the various entities and ensuring their harmonisation within the nuclear organisation;
Drawing up Distribution and/or Representation contracts with the various entities and ensuring their harmonisation within the nuclear organisation;
Follow national and international laws, regulations and trade agreements that affect the company. Ensure that the company is informed of any changes in these regulations;
Ensure that the trade compliance check has been carried out and that the compliance checklists have been completed;
Managing and steering the Checkpoint activity within the overall nuclear organisation;
Participating in and ensuring the smooth running of Trade Compliance and Checkpoint audits within the French entity;
Monitor and supervise commission payments to our representatives and/or other third parties, where applicable within the French entity;
Act as a central point for escalating issues and disseminating compliance information. Provide advice to 'users' on commercial compliance.

Law degree or engineering/economic deigree with legal skills;
Fluent English;
Relevant professional experience (ideally 10+ years);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Effective communication;
Exposure to professional secrecy.
