GermanSpeakingService Desk Agent (Native-speaker)

Location:Budapest(HQ in9th district) –

Service Window I.: M-F 7.00AM - 6PM - 2-4office day per month

Training period:In-office presence required during training (4 weeks)

Requirements:

• High School degree
• Native Germanlanguage skills
• Upper-intermediate English skills
• Flexible, anddynamic personality
• Customer-centricity mindset, and problem-solving skills
• Experienced in any customer service fields is an advantage

If you join them, yourresponsibilitieswill be:

• Addressing clients' IT problems
• Managing end-user inquiries through various channels, including tools, phone, and email
• Maintaining accurate records and administrative tasks, including call logging in the ticketing system
• Escalating issues beyond your scope to the appropriate teams
• Ensuring clients are well-informed and taking ownership of ongoing cases with follow-up actions
