German speaking Logistics Coordinator

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure that customer delivery and internal flows are executed based on the weekly/monthly delivery plan
• Work closely together with internal and external stakeholders
• She/he is the main contact for a pre-defined carrier base and ports
• Ensure that supply chain costs are correctly entered 
• Ensure that invoices are paid correctly and on time to logistic service providers

Required skills:

• Fluency in German AND English
• At least 6 months of internship experience at a multinational company
• Experience with ERP system
• Good communication skills 
• Excellent in teamwork, networking and stakeholder management
