German Speaking Customer Service Representative

Location:13th district (hibrid opportunity with 2-3 office days per week)

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and at least B2 proficiency in German
• University degree
• Relevant Customer service experience is advantage
• Experience with SAP/Siebel
• Customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Your responsibilities will be:

• Use deep knowledge of key accounts to handle escalations from external and internal customers (retail sites and strategic accounts)
• Provide customer service via internet, phone, fax, and email
• Account setup and delivery issues
• Order processing and fulfillment
• Sales order tracking
• Managing supply outages
• Retail marketing information and product fulfillment
• Handling site complaints and fuel quality claims
• Complaint resolution and root cause analysis
• Support global activities by triaging, resolving, or forwarding inquiries
• Build strong customer and internal relationships.
• Identify and address process gaps to enhance productivity and service quality.
