- Create and maintain architectural blueprints for development in GCP- Introduce new services / tools on the GCP platform- Provide guidance on best practices, technical standards, and professional development for the team.- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of GCP infrastructure components, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools for efficient and automated deployment processes- Work closely with the security team to implement and enforce security measures in GCP environments.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to GCP platform services.

What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.- Proven experience in a lead role overseeing platform engineering on Google Cloud Platform.- In-depth knowledge of GCP services and infrastructure components.- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, and GCP security best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Polish proficiency is a plus.
