  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of customer service representatives.
  • Manage escalated inquiries, complaints, and complex distributor issues to ensure swift and effective resolutions.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate processing of distributor orders.
  • Ensure all customer service emails are responded to within 24 hours.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze reports and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and address complex issues.
  • Independently handle complex problems and offer innovative solutions.
  • Maintain a strategic perspective, aligning decisions with the company's objectives.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles with responsibilities in people management.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in French for effective negotiation.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
