Your responsibilities will be…

• Managing Purchase Order Lifestyle from PO through to completion
• Handling resolution of purchasing-related issues
• Tracking orders to ensure deadlines are achieved
• Handling Inventory Management
• Managing supplier relationships, dispute resolution and escalations
• Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction levels

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You are fluent in English and French
• 1-3 years experience in Order management / Customer service / Buyer roles
• You are organised and you have great communication skills
• SAP experience is an advantage
