Your responsibilities will be…
- Managing Purchase Order Lifestyle from PO through to completion
- Handling resolution for purchasing related issues
- Tracking orders to ensure deadlines are achieved
- Handling Inventory Management
- Managing supplier relationships dispute resolution and escalations
- Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction levels
You are the ideal candidate if...
- You are fluent in English and French
- 1-3 years experience in Order management / Customer service / Buyer roles
- You are organised and you have great communication skills
- SAP experience is an advantage
