Financial Analyst - E&P Segment

Location: Budapest, MOL Campus

Scope of the position:

Here, you'll immerse yourself in comprehensive financial processes, playing a crucial part in shaping the company's financial direction and providing valuable insights that directly impact our strategic decisions.

Your tasks will be:

•  Analyze Financial Data: Gather and interpret data to support decision-making,
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in creating and monitoring budgets and forecasts,
• Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies and implement financial process improvements,
• Financial Reporting: Prepare reports and dashboards for management insights.

We are looking for you if:

• You have a University or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent,
• At least 2-3 years working experience within financial riporting, business analyst roles,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Hungarian,
• Strong stakeholder skills,
• Knowledge of general corporate processes, accounting, corporate finance,
• Service- and process-oriented mindset,
• Analytical thinking,
• Proactivity with a problem solving mindset.

Advantages:

• You have experience with Power BI, Power Query or other data visualization tools and SQL.
