Our partner company is searching for an ambitious self-motivated Finance Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity to an open-minded candidate to join a Global organization that currently expanding its operations in Hungary.
Main Duties include
- This role will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial operations and maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day transactional accounting tasks and assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Reconcile financial records and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Collaborate with different teams to facilitate the procurement process, including vendor selection, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing
- Mentoring and leading the team members (10-15 FTE)
Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Accounting / Business Administration
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Advanced level of written and spoken English
- Minimum 3-5 years accounting or finance experience
- Effective communication skills, excellent attention to details
- People management experience is not needed but an advantage
