Engineering Manager

Pozíció leírása:

• Support FTTH project bidding by providing professional engineering solutions, detailed engineering plans, and reasonable cost estimates.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships with partners.
• Manage and supervise the overall delivery of engineering projects to ensure timely acceptance.
• Review design quality to ensure it meets the standards for the engineering implementation phase.
• Oversee the management of engineering materials and enforce Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.
• Address engineering issues promptly and resolve customer complaints swiftly.
• Lead the engineering implementation team and supervise partners effectively.
• Report to the project manager and customer on progress, quality, costs, and other relevant metrics.

Elvárások:

• Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in FTTH projects.
• Strong preference for candidates with management and engineering experience in OSP and fixed-line turnkey projects.
• Knowledgeable in OSP and fixed line technologies (FTTX, GPON, MSAN).
• Familiar with local engineering design, implementation, materials standards, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficient in English and Hungarian.
• Excellent at managing customer relationships.
