
Deputy hotel manager - Veszprém county
Responsibilities:

Organizing and ensuring the continuous operation of the hotel, considering economic efficiency and professional standards

Close collaboration with the hotel manager and heads of other departments to ensure efficient operation

Ongoing communication with external service providers and clients

Handling guest feedback and suggestions, implementing corrective actions if necessary

Leading and supervising the front office team to ensure high-quality service and an excellent guest experience

Close cooperation with external service providers and consulting firms in the development of the marketing strategy

Organizing programs and events that align with the hotel’s character and enhance the guest experience

Exploring and implementing new program and service opportunities

Preparing reports and statistics for senior managementWe
Requirements:

BA degree in a relevant field

At least 3-5 years of relevant management experience in the hotel industry

Fluent English or German language skills

Systematic thinking and responsibility-taking

Knowledge and confident use of hotel management software

Guest-oriented mindset, proactive, solution-oriented attitude, positive thinking
