Deputy hotel manager - Veszprém county

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and ensuring the continuous operation of the hotel, considering economic efficiency and professional standards

• Close collaboration with the hotel manager and heads of other departments to ensure efficient operation

• Ongoing communication with external service providers and clients

• Handling guest feedback and suggestions, implementing corrective actions if necessary

• Leading and supervising the front office team to ensure high-quality service and an excellent guest experience

• Close cooperation with external service providers and consulting firms in the development of the marketing strategy

• Organizing programs and events that align with the hotel’s character and enhance the guest experience

• Exploring and implementing new program and service opportunities

• Preparing reports and statistics for senior managementWe

Requirements:

• BA degree in a relevant field

• At least 3-5 years of relevant management experience in the hotel industry

• Fluent English or German language skills

• Systematic thinking and responsibility-taking

• Knowledge and confident use of hotel management software

• Guest-oriented mindset, proactive, solution-oriented attitude, positive thinking

• Excellent communication and networking skills
