Data Compliance Manager
Scope of the position:
Provide external market analysis and company operation data in a format and accuracy suitable for decision making, business planning and stakeholder reporting. Secure compliance with related Laws and Regulations by maintaining the corporate reporting calendar and enforce compliance with it. Share data-knowledge within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the activity of the External Market Intelligence and the Concession Target teams and take responsibility for the cleanness and quality of the data
- Align the strategic objectives with EU and national legal requirements and targets and supervise the national waste composition analysis
- Oversee business plans, ensure full consistency of the plans across the entire value chain and challenge their feasibility – with special regards to the committed EU targets
- Manage the Concession Contract related reporting cross-divisional process
- Provide local stakeholder management in MOHU waste management operation related topics, maintain contact with the relevant local authorities, stockpiling associations, media, customers, suppliers, decision making bodies and internal partners
- Negotiate with Authorities – within regulatory limits – the format, content and deadlines of compulsory reports and represent the company in Market Intelligence and Data Reporting operative external stakeholders’ meetings
- Responsible for ensuring and controlling of compliance with the related legal and company rules - with special regard to the general regulations defining company operation: Code of Ethics an Business Conduct, rules of Conflict of Interest, HSE and Data Protection
Requirements:
- University degree in Economy, Legal or Finance area
- Min. 5 years managerial practice
- Professional level in data analysis and verified experience in finance
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems used in MOL business areas
- General leadership skills, excellent knowledge of business processes, discipline, accuracy and mastering complexity
- High-level, fluent English language skills with a broad area of expertise
- High-level, fluent Hungarian language skills
