Customer Service Team Lead (export-import coordination)

where you’ll oversee export, import, and domestic sales processes for polymer and polyol products. In this position, you will guide and develop a motivated group of professionals, coordinate daily operations, and drive process improvements across the sales cycle.

 

Location: Tiszaújváros

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Oversee daily operations of the support team, ensuring smooth workflows and timely task completion
  • Motivate, train, and support team members’ development and performance
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare and evaluate team performance reports
  • Identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Process Optimization
  • Implement and refine operational processes to increase effectiveness
  • Develop and present decision-support materials for management
  • Project Management & Digital Transformation
  • Lead or participate in key initiatives that optimize customer service and export-import activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Logistics, Finance) to ensure seamless operations
  • Participate in or lead cross-departmental projects focusing on process optimization and digital transformation

 

We are looking for you if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, economics, or logistics)
  • Minimum 2 years’ leadership or coordination experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid leadership and team-building mindset
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and handle competing priorities effectively
  • Conversational English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Valid “B” category driver’s license
  • Accurate order entry and administrative oversight
  • Familiarity with export, import, and domestic logistics processes, including related documentation
  • Monitoring shipments, handling notifications, and ensuring smooth deliveries
  • Managing financial processes such as prepayment and credit limit tasks
  • Working knowledge of SAP
