Feladat:
Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service and eager to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Support Specialist to join our team and support our diverse portfolio of project-based customers.
- Handle inquiries from customers and internal teams via email. Your excellent communication skills will shine as you provide timely and effective support.
- Take charge of order entry, price checking, and order clearing, ensuring compliance with Eaton’s policies.
- Oversee the full coordination of delivery and billing across multiple product lines, ensuring seamless project order fulfillment for our external customers.
- Assist our sales teams across EMEA and external customers with product/service order fulfillment, end-to-end order status management, repair/calibration requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements.
- Apply established policies and procedures to resolve issues, using proactive communication across our internal network of multiple product lines.
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Foster an environment that aligns with Eaton’s goals and philosophy, encourages continuous improvement, and builds strong customer relationships.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and Italian (C1)
- Experienced user of MS office
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions
