We are looking for a Customer Experience & Business Analytics Lead to our innovative animal health partner.Your responsibilities:
- Timely and good quality support to all AH CRM users in the country – single point of contact for local team and RCV Commercial Excellence Team
- Handling all accounts, users, data information (Data Change Requests, data loads, standard reports & queries etc.)
- Support & Train Customer Facing Teams with regards to CRM usage, following Business rules for documentation, support Sales Manager in identifying outliers
- Preparation and coordination of targeting and segmentation process and implementation of MCCP – based on the RCV T&S guidelines.
- Achieve consensus within the Sales Manager/First line Manager of all Customer Facing teams with regards to target audience, calls, detailing capacity, and segmentation criteria.
- Oversees the testing, implementation and training of new digital platforms & tools (e.g. Approved email, Adobe Campaign, Canvas, Educational Platform, etc.)
to the local organization. - Supports local Product Managers for any digital projects as needed
- Coordinating with external wholesalers on collecting and verifying secondary sales reports.
- Processing and uploading secondary sales data in order to provide monthly sell-out data for the business
- Supporting Sales/Management teams on using existing sales dashboards by providing on-demand support and building a knowledge base (localized manuals, quick reference cards, etc.).
- Supporting RCV and Global Dashboards from local side with correct data in a timely manner.
- Providing analytical support for local Sales/Management teams by preparing regular and/or ad-hoc reporting on sales performance and field activities, preparing data and analytics for Business Reviews
- Providing analytical support in various business projects (e.g., reviewing/adjusting split of territories for Sales Force and territory alignment; reviewing the efficiency of discount/rebates system, etc.)
What you need to succeed:
- Excellent analytic skills with a demonstrated ability to read and interpret data from different sources.
- Excellent database handling skills with a demonstrated ability work with standard business software
Advanced user of MS Office (MS Excel – formulas, Pivot tables; MS PowerPoint);
A plus would be: knowledge of SQL;
a plus would be having knowledge and experience with Power Query in Excel, macros, visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English as well) and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
