Main responsibilities:
- Managing the full process of customer orders and modifications
- Response to requests from customers about volume, product, logistics
- Collaboration with sales management regarding customer related tasks and changes
- Monitoring the order handling based on planning overviews, forwarding data etc., flags up
- Inventory control, short expire date products handling
- Coordination with internal teams to resolve client issues, ensuring top-notch customer experience
Required skills:
- Higher education or University degree
- Fluency in English
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain and in customer relations
- Confident Excel usage
- Ability to manage projects on high level with attention for details
