Feladatok:
- Analyze customers' financial data (e.g., balance sheets, agency reports)
- Evaluate qualitative (soft) factors impacting creditworthiness
- Make timely and accurate decisions on risk ratings and credit limits
- Recommend appropriate security requirements for individual customers with Team Leader support
- Continuously monitor customer portfolios and address risk alerts
- Identify high-risk business customers and potential credit concerns
- Analyze portfolio trends, assess root causes, and propose risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate regular meetings and discussions to facilitate information sharing on shared customers
Elvárások:
- Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 1 year from on-boarding
- Any kind of financial/economic (Bachelor's or Master Degree) studies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
- English (working proficiency or fluent) and German (minimum B2 level) language knowledge
- Structured thinking, strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Able to deal with complex situations while maintaining the right balance of customer and business focus
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment
