Cost Manager

Your new role 

• Participation in property development and renovation projects, as well as engineering tasks such as property audits and condition assessments.
• Acquiring, recording and updating construction market prices.
• Continuous liaison and collaboration with partners to determine, monitor, and forecast project costs.
• Preparing reports and presentations on participant selection, costs, cash flow, financial risks, and guarantees.
• Participating in project preparation tasks, coordinating and directing activities, and administering project costs according to company standards.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Degree in architecture or civil engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel), Terc
• Fluent English language skills
