Your new role
- Participation in property development and renovation projects, as well as engineering tasks such as property audits and condition assessments.
- Acquiring, recording and updating construction market prices.
- Continuous liaison and collaboration with partners to determine, monitor, and forecast project costs.
- Preparing reports and presentations on participant selection, costs, cash flow, financial risks, and guarantees.
- Participating in project preparation tasks, coordinating and directing activities, and administering project costs according to company standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in architecture or civil engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel), Terc
- Fluent English language skills
