Our partner is currently looking for a Communication Specialist for their BSC in Budapest.
If you already have experience in a similar role and you are motivated to create and implement effective internal and external communication strategies that will help the organization achieve its goals and objectives, then this opportunity is for you!
- Design and implement communication strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and vision.
- Collaborate across departments to craft and deliver clear, impactful messages for internal audiences.
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans utilizing channels such as social media, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee and update the organization’s internal SharePoint site and manage social media profiles.
- Produce and edit content for various formats, including internal newsletters, blog posts, and marketing materials.
- Prepare and present updates to all staff during regular organizational forums.
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including media representatives and community partners.
- Track and evaluate communication metrics to enhance the effectiveness of strategies and approaches.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in communications, marketing, and public relations.
Elvárások / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in communication, marketing, or public relations - including internal/external communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Hungarian
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or other content preparation programs
- Experience with social media management and e-mail marketing platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing working environment
