Main responsibilities:Join our partners Business Transformation team and take a lead on consulting projects for various field eg. post merger integration services, operating model designs, business process analysis, reengineering, customer experience improvement and IT system implementation.
Main responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth process analysis for different client industries
• Develop and collect business requirements specifications tailored to clients' needs
• Develop robust data flow models for systems and processes
• Design, model, and document business processes with utilized industry-standard methods

Required skills:

• Degree in the field of Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in process analysis, business requirements, or data modeling (preferably at a consulting company)
• Experience in IT development projects
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
• Communication & presentation skills
• Advanced user level in MS Office tools
• Proficiency with UML, BPMN, or equivalent modeling methodologies
