More details about the job, main responsibilities and tasks :
- Active cooperation and contribution in preparing and reviewing of decision-making documents, presentations and in the coordination of the decision-making processes.
- Maintains a continuous professional and organizational information-flow between organizational units and countries.
- Collects business and operational process relevant information (technical documents, benchmarks, experiences, etc.) to support high level decision making and operations of the organizational units (related to International operated, non-operated companies along with HQ technical).
- Contributes in planning and preparation of business reports and plans of the organizational units, prepares comprehensive reports, analysis.
- Communicates the managerial instructions, conceptions, decisions towards all concerned parties and organizations and collects/compile feedback as appropriate.
- Support in preparation of organization charts and organization change proposals and their implementation
- Involvement in assigned tasks/projects, coordinates and support certain procedures, monitor/supervise the progress of high-priority projects and its costs.
- Organizes and facilitates with prior consent of SVP of management meetings, prepare meeting memos, centrally coordinates and follows up the performance of organizational tasks.
- Maintains professional relationship with the organizational units related to his job.
- Review of technical documents and provide conclusions to SVP
- Implement new or challenges and improves current reporting processes and provides proposal on improvements.
- Keeps the central data protection registry up to date, with regard to data processing activities carried out in the Organization.
- Responsible for and supports the proper lessons learned process implementation within International E&P
- Coordinates the filling of the central data transmission registry within the organization.
- Monitors the preparation, and maintenance of privacy notices, and the GDPR compliance of operational processes within the organization, through the process owner experts
The ideal candidate:
- obtained a university or college degree in economics/ engineering with some experience in project and/or operations management
- has minimum 5-years of professional experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry in E&P
- is fluent in English language both in writing and speaking
- has MS Office applications skills
- is highly proactive and self-driven, a real problem solver
- is able to work independently
- has strong analytical skills
- is an excellent communicator and networker
- is able to work with diverse group of geoscientists, engineers, economist, lawyers etc.
- works easily with complex spread sheets
- has good presentation and preparation skills
- has the ability to condense large amount of details into high level summaries and or priorities
- gained knowledge of statistics and risk analysis and also of HSE standards
- is familiar with technical vocabulary
